Uranium Participation Corporation Reports Net Asset Value of CAD$4.31 Per Share at August 31, 2016


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 7, 2016) - Uranium Participation Corporation ("UPC") (TSX:U) reports its estimated net asset value at August 31, 2016 was CAD$498.1 million or CAD$4.31 per share. As at August 31, 2016, UPC's investment portfolio consisted of the following:

On August 31, 2016, the common shares of UPC closed on the TSX at a value of CAD$3.92, which represents a 9.05% discount to the net asset value per share of CAD$4.31.
